You know Kentucky windage: hold a little high, hope a little harder, and call it good enough. HoldPoint turns that guess into a clear hold point you can see through your scope. HoldPoint is built for the shooter who doesn’t want a cockpit of ballistics controls in the field. Mount your iPhone behind the scope, zoom until the view matches your eye, align the crosshair, optionally scale from your real MOA reticle marks, and get one clean holdover reference. Under the hood, HoldPoint runs trajectory math for your cartridge and zero-not a one-size-fits-all hold chart-so the MOA hold reflects your load at your distance. BUILT FOR REAL SCOPES . Live camera view through your optic-use your scope like you already do . Camera zoom to match what your eye sees through the scope . Align the overlay crosshair to your real reticle center . Scale hold placement from a known 8 MOA reticle mark when using FFP or known subtension reticles . Flip the display for upside-down phone mounts that clear rifle or optic obstructions HOLDOVER YOU CAN TRUST . Trajectory-based solver for drop and hold . MOA hold on the live scope view, MIL reference in settings . Pick a cartridge preset or dial in bullet weight, powder charge, BC, and zero . Set target range and see hold, drop, and time of flight at a glance . Fallback scope FOV tuning for reticles that don’t need scale calibration SIMPLE WHEN YOU WANT IT, DETAILED WHEN YOU NEED IT . Quick setup: mount, zoom, align, set range, read hold . Advanced controls: drag model (G1/G7), sight height, custom muzzle velocity, and more . First-launch walkthrough for mount, flip, zoom, reticle scaling, alignment, and ballistics setup . One purchase. No subscription. WHO IT’S FOR . Hunters, range shooters, and enthusiasts who want hold on glass, not in their head . Anyone tired of mental math, hash marks that don’t match the load, or “close enough” at distance . Shooters who want a simpler alternative to dense ballistics dashboards REQUIREMENTS . iPhone with camera . Scope or optic with an eyepiece you can mount a phone behind . Safe range, hunting, or field environment where phone mounting is permitted SAFETY . HoldPoint provides ballistic estimates and visual holdover references for informational use only. Always follow firearm safety rules, verify your target and what is beyond it, and comply with all laws and range rules. . Ballistic calculations can be affected by ammunition, rifle setup, scope calibration, weather, distance, and user input. Always confirm holds on paper or steel before hunting, competition, or field use. . HoldPoint doesn’t replace muzzle discipline, wind calls, range verification, or responsible judgment. It gives you a clear starting hold so you spend less time guessing and more time confirming.
